| Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood and downtown LA yet close enough to all the fun and excitement, Beverlywood is a great place to call home. Families as well as couples find refuge in the easygoing lifestyle that Beverlywood offers. Situated on the West Side of Los Angeles, Beverlywood is bound by several cities. To the west is Cheviot Hills, due northwest is Century City, Culver City is on the South, South Robertson is due north, and Crestview shares its eastern border. Many of the homes found in the Beverlywood vicinity are older properties that have interesting histories. A great number of these properties here were built during the 1920’s and the 1950’s. Besides single-family homes, there are a handful of apartments in the district; however, they are the exception. It is interesting to note that the Beverlywood Homes Association, one of the most influential and powerful associations in this section of California, dutifully guards the way of life in the district thereby contributing to the steady value of homes in the area. |
