| Cheviot Hills is a charming residential area nestled comfortably on the west side of Los Angeles. Bound by Rancho Park on the west, Westwood and Century City on the north, and Beverly Hills on the east, Cheviot Hills is a truly beautiful neighborhood. Although the district may be small in size, it is definitely not short on glamour, style, or exquisite properties. If you drive past the main thoroughfares of the area – Manning Avenue, Pico Boulevard, Motor Avenue, and National Boulevard – and into some of the side streets of Cheviot Hills, you’ll see the amazing homes that make up this affluent community. Taking its name from the awe-inspiring Cheviot Hills in Scotland and England, this area of Los Angeles does not disappoint. Many homes here are traditional in style, reminiscent of the 1940s and 1950s. |
