The source of nearly all my business is repeat clients or clients to whom I have been referred. Therefore, I tend to work in areas of Los Angeles where my clients want to buy and/or sell. That said, the bulk of my business tends to be on the Westside. I specialize in the high-end and am highly aware of what’s going on in that particular segment of the market.
